Medication Helpline
Medicines are widely used and have many side effects that can affect an individual's ability to perform their roles and responsibilities at work safely. It is important that Managers are given detailed information on the potential implications of such side effects so they are able to make an informed decision upon their suitability to work.
ScreenSafe UK is proud to provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week Medication Helpline for both Managers and Employees. This service is provided through one of our approved partners. The Medication helpline is managed by Qualified Nurses who can discuss any queries or questions regarding an individual's medication. The Nurse can then provide accurate advice on the nature of the medication and its effects.
An email detailing the information and advice provided is then shared with the relevant Line Manager alongside the details of any medication that is also logged with the Human Resources team.
This service is available 24/7/365 and is subject to contractual agreements.
