Breathalyser Calibration/Re-Calibration Service
ScreenSafe UK offer a cost effective and fully qualified, competent and complete calibration/re-calibration service for both Draeger and Lion breathalysers. The calibration of your breathalyser unit is crucial to the accuracy, reliability and legal defensibility of results. On average, most units require calibration/re-calibration once every 6 months (please refer to your specific model/manufacturer's instructions).
We calibrate/re-calibrate all units by using "Dry Gas" (Ethanol). Units are normally calibrated/re-calibrated, accuracy checked (where applicable) and returned, together with a new certificate of calibration, within 24-48hrs of receipt. The majority of units are returned to our customers within 24hrs of receipt (96% achieved last year). All units are returned by our next day courier service (by 5pm) as standard. If you need it in a rush, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your needs (additional costs may apply e.g. where delivery is required before 9am etc). We even carry out "while you wait" calibrations for clients who specifically need this service (by appointment only).
