Quotation Request forms

ScreenSafe UK aim to turn around all quotes within 4 hrs from receipt of request (97.2% achieved in 2010), with most being returned within 1-2hrs. We know that sometimes (very rarely) emails go astray or faxes are not received (or are sent back to front - so we can only see blank pages!). Therefore, if you have not received your quote within 24hrs - please email (enquiries@screensafeuk.co.uk) or call 08450 505590. The customer service team will respond immediately.

You can request a quotation in a number of ways:

  1. Download, complete and return online by clicking on the relevant form below
  2. Download, print and return by fax (Quotation fax line - 05600 494562)
  3. Call (08450 505590) or email (enquiries@screensafeuk.co.uk) the dedicated legal / medico customer services team. They will email or fax you (as required) the relevant forms for completion.

Our customer service level is of the highest, and we guarantee will not be beaten (see "testimonials"). Quotes are usually returned within 1-2hrs of receiving your "quotation request form" (please call 08450 505590 to discuss your requirements or send an email). If you have never used our services before, we can set up a customer credit account with you in a matter of minutes, and have everything arranged for you within a couple of hours, leaving you to get on with what you do best. Our service includes quick, secure, accurate and reliable (legally defensible) results reporting within a guaranteed 10 working days of receipt of sample at the laboratory. Often, our standard turnaround is actually within 6-7 working days. For those who need to guarantee something quicker, a "Fast-Track" service is available.
